Stock Picks of a Century

Deal is I've been busy with Semester One Final Exams so I haven't been so into stocks.

Today I got a nice mention about Nortel (NT) on Mad Money, HARVARD TOUR! Stock went up a nice 20 cents to $3.20. As for my other holding, Activision (ATVI) is soon to have their 3rd Quarter Fiscal Report for last year. Due on Feb 6th, with a conference call I'll be sure to check out.

Now onto the nice news. I've devised a new formula for my stock picking, after reading many books I've learned what to look for. I screen stocks that match my needs, got about 10. From these 10 I rated all them with my great formula and will follow them with my blog.

4 Top stocks in order that came up were.

Connectics Corporation (CNCT) - Drug in Phase III Clinical Trials, and most of its products are in dermatology. Great recent growth.

AngioTech Pharmaceuticals INC (ANPI)
- Great Vancouver based company with surgical equipment. Amazing 41% Profit Margin per sale.

King Pharmaceuticals (KG)
- Many medical divisions, with an amazing moving average.

Endo pharmaceuticals (ENDP)
- Two products in Phase III Clinical Trials, and 5 other in Phase II with great daily Volume

All these Stocks I want to own. I rated a bunch of stocks, and these came out with the best overall score. Things I looked for was.

- Good product potential
- Big margin
- Rolling Average
- P/E
- Its 52 week high and low, where does it fit in there.
- High volume
- its change recently
- MSN Rating (higher doesn't mean better for you)

Personally I'm going to purchase shares of ANPI for now, I'll buy the stock that's traded on the TSX instead of NASDAQ as I'm from Canada. I'll put in a limit order of $15.60

For now its back to studying. Wish me luck!
